Co-founder and CEO of Anghami, the Beirut-born streaming platform that became the first Arab technology company listed on NASDAQ.
Eddy Maroun co-founded Anghami with Elie Habib, launching the service in Beirut in November 2012 to address music piracy in the region by offering a legal freemium alternative. As CEO he led the company to a NASDAQ listing, ringing the opening bell alongside Habib and making Anghami the first Arab tech company to list on the exchange.
